Dear Mr. President,
I'am very thankful and blessed to write a letter to our president Mr. Benigno Aquino. I'am here writting a letter to you to express our feelings about our problems in studying. In our school in Ilocos Sur National high School in Vigan, there are many problems that needs a support. We are luck of facilities like rooms and laboratory. We have a laboratory but we are luck of apparatus in making our experiment. In these school we are luck of books, chairs, and computers in order to make our studying more better. We need scholarship programs for the students who have the ability and our co-students who are luck in money.
