"My Modern Day Hero"

             Father is the head of the family. He is the ruler in a family. I choose my father as my modern day hero because he is the one who take good care of me since birth. He serve as my alarm clock every morning. He cook, wash plates sometimes and wash clothes. My father serve as my inspiration in my every day task in these world I can't find a father who is better than him. I love my father very much and i can't live with out him..

State of the nation address

               In the sona of the president Aquino many of our problems was discussed. The main focus of the sona is the corruption. In this sona many of us known how politicians corrupt budgets from project. In this case many projects are not finished, because of the corruption. Mr. Aquino discussed it to end corruption  for a better economy. Other problems is Wang-wang. Wang-wang was used by Mr. Aquino to demonstrate how politicians do their jobs.Instead of doing their duty they show a bad leadership. But base on my observations p-noy don't mention something about education. If ever he raise fund for it many of the out of school youth were studied.

NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION: "ISULONG AND BREASTFEEDING- TAMA, SAPAT, AT EKSKLUSIBO"

      Breastfeeding is very important. It is the proper way of feeding baby. Breastfeeding is very important for baby' also for the mother. If mother use breastfeeding she doesn't need to buy milk for her baby. Instead of buying milks they will use breastfeed to less their expenses. Now a days many of the mothers use of milk instead of breastfeed. They don't have time to breastfeed their baby because of their occupations. We must consider how breastfeed important to a baby. We must encourage mothers to breastfeed their baby. From the theme "Isulong ang Breastfeeding, Tama, Sapat, at Ekslusibo" meaning we need to use breastfeeding instead of milks like Nido, Bear Brand, Lactum and others. Baby are healthy if they are breastfeeding because of the nutrients they get from the mother. They have less capability to attack by illnesses and diseases. If a baby is breastfeed by mother he/she was close to her.
